A Properties Management Unit Traineeship is a great opportunity for someone seeking to begin their career in a supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be guided to reach their potential whilst gaining a Certificate III Business – Customer Contact and getting paid for it.

AFLSR are currently looking for a full time employee to undertake a Certificate III Business traineeship, in conjunction with working for a properties management unit.

This position would be best suited to a person who enjoys working in a fast paced and rewarding position, as part of a team.


The successful candidate will;
• Work with a supportive team and will continue to develop new skills.
• Have an interest in the business / administration sector
• Study Certificate III Business – Customer Contact
• Be trained and supervised in workplace administrative duties including;
• General administration functions
• Various use of Microsoft applications

General administrative duties include;
• Planning and scheduling
• Answering phones
• Data processing and filing
• Attending to customer enquires
• Management of office supplies and stationery

Essential Criteria;
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent people skills
• A desire to pursue a career in administration
• Strong multi tasking and time management skills
• Must be an Australian citizen
• Must be willing to undergo a police background check
